My Brain is SUPER Scrabbled.

Scrabble has existed forever. Not in the form it is currently known, but mankind has been spewing out words (real and fake) to score points on intellect, status, and pride or to win money. What gives someone more pride than shouting out "Quodlibet!" and high-fiving your closest pal?

Nothing does!

Now, I'm no pro-scrabbler. I'm a decent speller with a fair lexicon, but I play scrabble primarily to have a "good" time. My friends and I play with relatively lax rules. Come to think of it, I don't think we're even that familiar with the rules. I know that I prefer my boards with a raised grid and a base it can spin on. It keeps things nice and organized looking and provides a good view for all players at the table.

The goal of this blog is to create a community where we share our favorite scrabble moments be they absolutely ridiculous, or filled with some major point plays. Send in photos, stories, and comment on the great memories that will be shared!

The following is a picture of a game from early August.
It was a quick game, not too many spectacular words, but at one point my tile board featured the name of my favorite album by the Pixies.
I think I will need to play a themed game of only album names, but that might be hard for my usual Scrabble posse.
